I am just browsing for some information in the Internet about one of my favorite band back in collage when this question pop up in my Google browser "My Chemical Romance Is Satanic?". Wow what a shocking topic, not just one but several forums in the Internet were talking about this stuff. I'm thinking how could people think for a band like this? Well i think it's all about their song "Welcome To The Black Parade".
Some remarkable opinions i found in several forums about the topic:
NightRaven: its usually hard to judge whether a band is satanic or not from the song as its really hard to be able to tell from the lyrics of just one song...
U can see above it could well be just a sad song or one must think deeper and look deeper to find a link with the gospel..but personally... i would take that song as anti christ... one has to know the gospel to really decipher what the song is saying.. and to me.. its really... a no go..

Listening to songs over and over again can make you sympathise with the singer
Thus, probably listening to songs with so-called "satanic" lyrics might cause you to become influenced by the singer.
Fiction:
Songs with satanic lyrics make plants die.
Fact:
Poor care of plants make plants die.
My opinion is: Music is an art, meaning that the singer/lyricist/band is trying to portray their own emotions/messages through it, thus there are many different kinds of music. If the emotion/message they portray makes you uncomfortable, don't listen to it. Just because it has some reference to dark stuff like devil or whatever doesn't make the song evil, and there is probably no vile intention from the lyricist to spread anti-Christ messages. Most likely its just a theme he wants to put through (like a dark period of his life etc).
AgentVX: On topic...I really think people should just form their own opinions. Don't let anyone make you believe that something is or isn't satanic...listen to it and decide for yourself. There's a lot of misinformation going around, urban legends, rumours, blatant lies, and stuff that has been taken completely out of context to support extreme points of view.
Believe what you want to believe...listen to what you want to listen to.
